© RailRail IG1 Apache HD LPG injector railNew Rail IG1 Apache HD (High Durability) injectors are characterized by high durability declared by the manufacturer for 300 million cycles. This injection rail, available in 2-, 3-, and 4-section format, may be used in gas supply systems (LPG or CNG).
Rail IG1 Apache HD works great with engines that meet Euro 5 and Euro 6 emission standards, which power based on one cylinder is up to 35 hp.
The body of the injection rail is made of black-anodized aluminum. 2-ohm gray coils were used which provide the injection piston stroke of 0.45 mm.
The materials and solutions used make Rail IG1 Apache HD injection rail very fast. It’s worth noting low noise emission level.
Rail IG1 Apache HD injection rail operates at gas pressure of 0.5-2.0 bar (up to max. 3 bar) and may be equipped with gas inlets with a diameter of 10, 12 or 16 mm. Dosed gas is directed to inlet channels through nozzles (diameters from 1 to 2.75 mm – change by 0.25 mm) screwed into the rail’s body.
