Privacy Policy

The portal gazeo.com, henceforth referred to as the „Portal”, treats protecting personal data of its users with great care and consideration. This approach is expressed in our attempt to explain the rules of privacy protection to the users of the Portal.

I. Personal data.

§ 1

1. In order to use the Portal&aposs newsletter bulletin service, the User is required to fill in a form and disclose their e-mail address and/or telephone number. The User&aposs e-mail address may in some cases be considered the User&aposs personal data (e.g. name.surname@domain.com).

2. The Portal is available at the address www.gazeo.com and the newsletter service, requiring revealing personal data, is available here: http://gazeo.com/newsletter-gazeo/.

3. All personal data disclosed by the User in the newsletter service registration form and other personal data collected by the Portal is processed in accordance with the scope of permission granted by the User and the requirements of the law, in particular the European Parliament and European Council Directive no. 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, regarding protection of private persons in regard to personal data processing and free transfer of such data, as well as cancellation of the 95/46/WE Directive (EU Journal of Laws no. 119, p. 1), henceforth referred to as GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). Other personal data protection provisions, applicable throughout the entire period of data processing, are also effective.

§ 2

1. Personal data is administered by Gazeo Paweł Stefanowski, Aleja 1-go Maja 47, 90-740 Łódź, Poland, Tax ID 947-102-05-50, CRO certificate 471523240.

§ 3

1. The User of the Portal has the right to access their personal data and verify or edit it, delete it, limit the scope of processing, object to further processing and transfer the data. The User is also entitled to file a complaint to an applicable data processing protection authority.

§ 4

1. The Portal processes the User&aposs personal data within the scope necessary to establish, execute and discontinue the legal relation resulting from the agreement made between the User and the Portal.

2. The Portal, if the User gives consent, also processes the User&aposs personal data for the Portal&aposs statistical and marketing purposes.

§ 5

The Portal will only send the User marketing-related information if the User gives their consent.

§ 6

Personal data collected by the Portal may be disclosed to third party subcontractors of the Portal&aposs administrator: accountancy companies, IT service providers, payment service providers, banks, eviction companies, telecommunication service providers, document reprocessing companies and applicable authorities.

§ 7

Users&apos data may be transferred to other countries (including the USA) due to actions taken by social media and using plugins and other tools provided by them (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Google+), as well as using analytical and anonymous user behaviour tracking tools, in particular Google Analytics, Gemius Traffic or Chartbeat.

III. System log data.

Information contained in system logs in regard to general Internet connection rules are used by the Portal&aposs hosting service provider for technical and statistical purposes only.

IV. Facebook social plugin

§ 10

1. The „Facebook social plugin” service is provided to the User by Facebook Inc., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, California 94025, USA, within the scope of terms and conditions provided by Facebook Inc. on websites administered by Facebook Inc. The Portal is not a provider of the „Facebook social plugin” service to the User.

2. From a technical standpoint, social plugins are effective when websites place Facebook&aposs floating iframe frames on their sites, thus agreeing to provide a piece of their space to Facebook. The iframe is able to check if the User is logged into Facebook and if so, the iframe provides personalised content, just like on Facebook itself. Although the iframe is not located on Facebook as such, it provides all the security and protection Facebook does.

V. Other.

§ 11

The Portal reserves the right to modify hereby Privacy policy. Modifications may be introduced as a result of introduction of new services or due to changes in the provisions of applicable law.
