Suzuki of Italy expands autogas line-up
In Italy, one of the countries where autogas was born, offering an LPG-powered variant of a given model can actually give it an edge over its market competitors. That said, no wonder Suzuki Italia expands its autogas line-up.

So far only two LPG-powered models featuring dedicated BRC conversion kits have been offered:
- Suzuki SX4 S-Cross with a 1,6-litre, 120 PS engine (in both FWD and AWD variants);
- Suzuki Jimny with a 1,3-litre, 86 PS 16V engine.
The new additions, also converted with systems provided by BRC, are:
- Suzuki Celerio 1,0 litre (68 PS);
- Suzuki Vitara (the new small crossover) 1,6 litre (120 PS).
With these new offerings, Suzuki Italia expects sales figures to rise considerably.
