Global Oil&Gas Uzbekistan

Uzbekistan is an underestimated, but quickly growing CNG (and natural gas in general) market. The exhibition coming to the Uzbek capital, Tashkent, in May 2016 is set to place the spotlight on the Central Asian country.

As the name suggests, the event isn't all about natural gas only, but also revolves around oil. Accordingly, the exhibition's main sections include:

  • Geology, geophysics, and seismic equipment and services;
  • Oil and gas production (technologies and equipment);
  • Offshore production (technologies and equipment);
  • Oil and gas wells: construction and operation;
  • Transportation and storage of oil, oil products and gas;
  • Processing of oil and gas, petrochemicals and production of oil products;
  • Construction of oil and gas industry facilities;
  • Pipes and pipelines;
  • Engineering;
  • Instruments;
  • Control and measuring equipment;
  • Safety and fire protection equipment;
  • Environmental safety;
  • Software and computer systems;
  • Communications and telecommunications.

The expo will coincide with another important event targeted at the oil and gas industry – the 20th International Oil and Gas Conference, set to take place on May 19-20 (the Global Oil&Gas fair will run between May 18 and 20) at the International Hotel in Tashkent (the exhibition will be held at the Uzexpocentre hall). The organisers expect over 2000 exhibitors and brands from 51 countries, over 100 thousand visitors, over 9000 delegates and more than 1000 speakers for both events.
